Hello and welcome to my very first blog post on the updated website. I have always wanted to start a blog as I have lots of thoughts and often end up writing things down on my notes app to get them out of my head. So for 2020, I decided to put these ideas online in the form of this blog.
For the first post, I want to introduce you to me and what I am currently doing in Life.
Hello,
My name is Bailey and I am 24 years old living in Madrid, Spain. I currently work as an English Teaching Assistant at a school in Madrid. As well as working I am finishing up my masters in Film and Television production and trying to get a grip on the fact I will finally be done with school by the end of the year. I absolutely love living in Spain although I miss my dog more than anything. However, it is a big world and I hope to be able to live a couple more places before I spread out roots.
Tonight as I am writing this I am doing some research on a new diving location for the spring. For this blog, I have no real plan except to have a space to put my thoughts and document my life more than my Instagram stories.
My current book recommendation is: Love with a Chance of Drowning. It is a memoir about an Aussie girl who falls in love with a man from Argentina and joins him on a sailing trip from Los Angeles to Australia.
I hope this wasn't too much rambling, but no one reads the first post anyways.
